- Main living room: If your group wants to watch TV or visit—you don’t have to sit on a bed. You can get cozy on a couch and snuggle in a blanket.
- Second living room: If you have a group and some want to watch the sports channel and others want to watch a movie….here’s your solution: there’s a TV in each living room!
- Private backyard: shaded and beautifully landscaped; offers a cool oasis during the Tri-Cities summer.
- Kitchen with everything you need:

- Refrigerator—big enough for all your needs

- Oven with pots and pans
- Toaster, Coffeemaker (2), Blender and more….like I said: everything you need!
- Covered back porch with a BBQ and outside table which gives you an option of cooking and dining outside.
- WiFi for the whole house—bring your laptops.
- Netflix—you can stream movies with our account.
- Pandora- we have wireless speakers that allow you to listen indoors or outdoors to Pandora radio.
- TVs in both living rooms and in each bedroom
- Large dining room table: seats 10+ and is excellent for group meals
- Breakfast nook with table for laptops or more guests for meals
- Three private bedrooms
- Washer and dryer
- Central air and heat
- We even have a dog for you to play with! Nike has entertained many a guest!
